30-Day Trial & Returns

We offer a 30-day trial from the date of delivery on standard (non-custom) putter configurations.

To be eligible for the 30-day trial, the putter must be returned within 30 days of delivery in its original, resalable condition, including all original packaging.

A standard (non-custom) configuration is a putter supplied with our standard lie angle, standard shaft and standard grip. Putters built to a customer's requested specifications, including custom lie angles, shaft lengths or other custom components, are considered custom configurations and are not eligible for the 30-day trial.

For eligible 30-day trial returns, we will refund the full purchase price, less the cost of return shipping.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us promptly. We will arrange a repair, replacement or, where appropriate, a full refund. This applies to both standard and custom configurations.

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
